Our Journey

2007 – The Foundation

Back Office Consultancy began as a small support firm helping local education consultants with documentation and compliance work. From day one, the focus was simple: reduce manual effort, bring structure to paperwork and keep information easy to find when needed.

2010 – Early Growth

Our work expanded into HR documentation, hiring-related support and RTO compliance. We started building checklists and internal frameworks so that documents stayed consistent even as rules and expectations changed.

2015 – Building Trust Nationwide

By 2015, we were working with education and business consultancies across Australia. We helped design back-office processes that improved document accuracy, made audit trails easier and brought consistency to large volumes of business and training documentation.

2018 – Technology Integration
